Ceramic grinding balls are used as grinding bodies for fine grinding equipment such as ball mills, pot mills, and vibration mills. Grinding ceramic balls have the advantages of high hardness, high volume density, and corrosion resistance. Their grinding efficiency and wear resistance are much better than ordinary ball stones or natural pebbles. They are widely used in ceramics, glass, enamel, pigments, chemicals and other industries. They are sintered with industrial alumina and refractory kaolin, mainly made of silicon carbide and high aluminum. According to the different AL2O3 contents, grinding ceramic balls are divided into silicon carbide grinding ceramic balls, microcrystalline medium aluminum grinding ceramic balls, and high aluminum grinding ceramic balls. They are resistant to high temperature and pressure (up to 800℃), acid and alkali corrosion, and have strong chemical stability. The production is carried out in accordance with HG/T 3683.1-2000 and other standards.
